Manuscript Requirements

Accepted File Formats:

  • .docx (Microsoft Word)

  • .doc (Microsoft Word - older format)

  • .pdf (PDF - ensure text is selectable, not scanned images)

  • .rtf (Rich Text Format)

  • .txt (Plain text)

File Size Limit: Maximum 50MB per manuscript

Formatting Guidelines:

  • Use standard fonts (Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri, or Garamond)

  • Font size: 11-12pt for body text

  • Double-spaced text preferred

  • 1-inch margins on all sides

  • Include page numbers

Cover Art Requirements

Accepted File Formats:

Image Specifications:

  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)

  • Minimum dimensions: 1600 x 2400 pixels

  • Recommended aspect ratio: 2:3 (portrait orientation)

  • Maximum file size: 10MB

Design Guidelines:
